ABOUT
The Chilean Way Houses are places for exchange students in Santiago. It's not just a place to stay but also a place to find new friends, share experiences and enjoy Chile. It is a place where we want you to feel good and safe, and have all the necessary. Every house is situated in different locations and have different atmospheres. Some are more residential and others more party vibes. You can always find room prices consistent with your budget in each house. It's really important for us to mix the genders and the nationalities to confront yourself to other cultures. We also organize parties and events, like travels in Pichilemu, with all the Houses so you can meet a maximum of people and discover the country.

CATEDRALE
Casa CATEDRALE is an old , beautiful and very well located house close to Metro Cumming (2 Minutes Walking, Green Line ). This house built in 1950 , has to offer 15 rooms Single , Double or shared and a beautiful garden to take a rest.
MALLINKRODT
We are in Providencia inside of in a safe area of Bellavista. Here is Bellavista, the nightlife center of Santiago where you can find bars, Clubs, restaurants and also the access at the bottom of San Cristobal hill. Metro station is just 7 minutes walking to Baquedano or Salvador station. Universidad de Chile (Laws Faculty), Univ San Sebastian, and others are close. Offer 9 Rooms

Casa ITALIA is a beautiful old and well located house in the very fashionable Italia district, at 10 minutes from the Metro Parque Bustamente. This house will offer 8 big rooms: Single or Double.
COSTANERA
The COSTANERA house is a colonial house located in a residencial neighbourhood in the Las Condes district at 10 minutes from the Metro Los Leones, at the bottom of the San Cristobal Mountain. This house has 10 bedrooms (Single or Double).

Casa SIMPSON is a beautiful and very well located House close to Metro Baquedano in the district of PROVIDENCIA (2 Minutes Walking to Metro Baquedano Red and Green Line), well located at 10 minutes from the heart of Santiago. It has to offer 14 rooms Single or Double.
CALYPSO
Casa CALYPSO is a beautiful and very well located House Close to Metro Parque Bustamante- PROVIDENCIA (5 Minutes Walking, Green Line And 10 Minutes Walking to Metro Baquedano Red Line). It was previously an Hostel. This house has to offer 9 rooms single , double or shared.
ARRIETA
Casa ARRIETA is a beautiful old and well located house really close to Metro Parque Bustamente(3min) in the Providencia district close to Barrio Italia. This house will offer 7 rooms: Single or Double Bed and Private Toilette each room.
